Appointment Structure
Patient evaluation: includes evaluation of screening tools answers, patient interview, examination of co-morbidities, past psychiatric history, psychosocial factors, and clinical data
Treatment options offered: medication (if needed and accepted), referral to therapy and/or other non-pharmacological modalities, recommendations for life style modifications
Appointment Scheduling
Both providers accept new patients
Mrs. Moga sees patient on Fridays; Dr. Moga sees patient on Saturdays
Appointments types and duration: Psychiatric evaluation (80 min)
Medication Management/Therapy (20-50 min)
Clients can self-schedule appointments on the website (select “patient type”, appointment type, and provider; then proceed to schedule appointment).
Clients can also schedule appointments by emailing their chosen provider.

Insurance coverage may change at any time. Eligibility can vary based on a specific plan. Eligibility will be verified prior to every appointment. Eligibility verification may take up to 2 business days.
For Self-Pay Clients
Self-pay service fees:
Psychiatric evaluation: $275 (80min)
Medication Management: $75 - $135 (20 -50 min) pending appointment duratin and complexity
Courtesy billing is available.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Clients will receive several notifications via email and text prior to the appointment date.
For Medication Management appointments, if the client is late more than 5 minutes, the provider will end the telehealth call, and the client will be charged $ 50.
For Psychiatric Evaluation appointments, if the client is late more than 10 minutes, the provider will end the telehealth call, and the client will be charged $ 100.
Repeated missed appointments may impact the client’s scheduling eligibility or can lead to discharge from services.
